Comprobase Certified as SWaM
Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise Certifies Comprobase as SWaM. The company is pleased to participate in the Commonwealth of Virginia’s SWaM Procurement Initiative. The SWaM certification program is administered by the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (“DMBE”) and is the Commonwealth of Virginia’s effort to help small, women- and minority-owned businesses with doing business with state government entities.
The company's president spoke to the employees and stated the interest of the company's sales and marketing division to look out for the future business opportunities coming out of the Virginia State's procurement system. She also stated that the business expenditures of the State were $282 Million (35%), $33 Million (4%) and $42 Million (5%) for SBE, WBE and MBE expenditures respectively.
