• Conduct technical and marketing feasibility studies and procedures for providing turnkey
  solutions and services for information systems, software development, projects and system
  management for overseas customers.
• Examine and analyze statistical data to forecast technical marketing trends. Handle project
  estimation, project coordination, relationship management, problem resolution and quality
  control.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the
  installation of computer programs and systems.
• Use object-oriented programming languages, as well as client and server applications
  development processes and multimedia and Internet technology.
• Work with various technologies such as Windows, Linux, or UNIX, PeopleSoft or WebLogic, or
  .Net, C#, or C etc.
• Must be willing to travel and set up systems, perform feasibility studies, interact with clients, and
  train users at various locations for different locations for different long and short term projects.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or its Equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Business Administration, Math,
Engineering, and/or related field plus two (2) years of progressive responsible work experience.
